Most of our managed care patients (HMO) are contracted through the Mills-Peninsula Division of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. We contract with most Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) and are members of Brown and Toland Medical Group. All of our providers participate in the Medicare and San Mateo County Medicare/Medicaid Programs.

Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not offer outpatient detoxification as a covered benefit, so our comprehensive outpatient detoxification services for alcohol and opiates are on a fee-for-service basis.

Please call our office staff at 650-552-8100 to find out if we are contracted by your insurance provider. Many plans will cover a portion of our fees even if we are not participants. You will be responsible for the balance.
